A smudge pop is a simple yet powerful tool used to cleanse the energy of a space, person, or object. Made with sacred herbs, resins, & flowers it combines the traditions of smoke cleansing with the intention of renewal and balance.
To use, light the end until it begins to smolder, gently blow out the flame, and allow the smoke to drift throughout your space. As you cleanse, set an intention for what you wish to release and what you would like to invite in. When finished, extinguish safely in a fireproof dish.
